AV Kids is a performance training center led by a team of Miami’s teaching artists. Together, these artists have developed a program which allows them to share their professional experience, knowledge, and insight with Miami’s youth and aspiring artists. Our conservatory style program is designed to guide, instruct, and shape young artists into successful members of our entertainment community. We are dedicated to cultivating a strong community of artists and patrons of the arts.
We offer training for kids and teens in performance, acting, design, improv, and audition prep. These courses also double as a strengthening tool for a child’s confidence, reading, teamwork and communication skills. Our mission is to provide artists with a space where they can acquire the skills necessary to focus their creativity into a career. Our students will have access to private coaching, group classes, live performances, photography, video, and the support of Miami’s professional artists. Together we will inspire our youth to love, appreciate, and participate in the arts.
