Auditions for all courses and scholarships will be held on January 6th at 6:15 PM at our rehearsal home, True Movement Dance Studio, near The Falls and Kendall.
Improv! - 13+ only

Our six-week Improv Class is all about creativity, confidence, and connection! Led by AVK veteran Drea, this class invites students to explore the world of improvisation through fun, fast-paced games and group activities designed to spark imagination and self-expression.
Students will learn how to think on their feet, trust their instincts, and build teamwork skills—all while discovering new sides of themselves in a supportive and laughter-filled environment. Improv helps performers grow as actors and as people, encouraging confidence, communication, and creativity that go far beyond the stage.
The class meets once a week on Mondays from 4:30–6 PM, and will conclude with a final showcase performance for friends and family.

The Into the Woods Session!
Dive into your favorite tales with our Into the Woods session at AVK Miami. Through this theme students will strengthen their skills in acting, singing, and dance with the guidance of our professional teaching artsts. This course is great for both newcomers and experienced students who want to improve their skills. Students will gain a well-rounded experience in theatre as they prepare for a live performance this March. Our studio delivers training with confidence and life/work balance in mind.
Open to all students ages 8 - 18! (Enthusiastic 7-year-olds are welcome by exception.) This class gives young performers the chance to audition, rehearse, and shine on stage in a live production.
